Application Process

Schedule Video Interview
Once you have submitted your application, you will be contacted via email by info@stilltides.ca (Morgan Rigney, Co-owner & Managing Director)
We will find a time to schedule you for a virtual interview through Google Meet. In the meantime, please check out the website and consider what kind of schedule you would like.

Submit a New Member Request by completing the form above! Once submitted, email us your resume to info@stilltides.ca. We will review the information and get back to you as soon as possible.

Complete
Welcome! Form
Once the interview is scheduled, you will receive a Welcome Form. The Welcome Form is a more detailed questionnaire to get some more specific information on what you are looking for, your history, and to give you an idea of how we work at Still Tides Mobile Therapeutics. Please complete this prior to your virtual interview!
Attend Interview
Finally it's time for your virtual interview! You will be sent a link to the Google Meet booking and ready to start. The interview is more of a meet-and-greet with the Managing Director to refresh what you are looking for and determine if Still Tides is the right fit for you! We will go over any questions you have regarding the information provided in the Welcome Form. At this time, we will determine if you will continue on to the Onboarding process.
Complete Onboarding
Form
Should you choose to join us, we will conclude the interview, and you will be sent the Onboarding Form. This is where you upload your applicable documents, set up your bio and provide a photograph for the website and the booking system. This is the most comprehensive explanation of our compensation system, and what we believe regarding practitioner and patient well-being. Please complete this within a few days. If you have questions about anything within the form, please don't hesitate to contact info@stilltides.ca.



Sign Independent Contractor Agreement
Once you have completed the Onboarding Form, you will be sent an Independent Contractor Agreement that you must complete before you can start taking mobile patients. This is a more formal agreement. Please read it thoroughly so you understand what you are agreeing to. Please note, we do not sign yearly terms. You are free to start and decide if you feel happy with Still Tides.

Integrate Into
The Team
After your final meeting, we will begin to set you up in the JaneApp system, invite you to Slack (our messaging system) and prepare your bio, business cards and car decal. Once you have completed signing your agreement and send it back to the clinic, we will provide you a PDF version of the form for your records. Then, we will introduce you to the team and prepare your schedule. We will sign you up to our JaneApp booking system and publish you on the website.

Final Virtual Meeting
with Molly & Morgan
After you sign the contract, you will have a final meeting with Morgan (again) & Molly to offer our support, guides, and answer any questions you might have! We will make sure you are ready to go and get you up to speed with any updates.

Receive Marketing Materials
You will receive an order of custom business cards with a custom email (eg. jane@stilltides.ca). Still Tides will cover the first 50 business cards to get you started! Hand these out to whomever you would like and ensure you give them to patients when you see them. Please note, if you are currently working for another clinic, be cautious not to solicit those patients directly.


Set Your Schedule
You're ready to start taking patients! Once we are assured you have completed the onboarding process and once we have finalized our back-end functions, it is time to put your schedule into the JaneApp system and get you ready for online bookings! Once your schedule is set, you will be up and published on our booking site. We will advertise you on our social media sites at this time and let our patients know we have a new team member!
Prepare Your Tools!
Your supplies are the basis of your work! Make sure your vehicle is ready for travel, your table, treatment supplies and sheets/pillows are ready to go. If you need any help finding the supplies you need, please don't hesitate to ask our Practitioner Support Manager,

Start Treating!
Now it is your time to shine! Start accepting bookings in your area and meeting patients. Make sure you give them your business card so they can share your service with their friends. Some patients may even ask for a couple! It's valuable to cultivate professional but genuine relationships with your patients and develop good rapport.
